How can I confirm that my order went through?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation order. Please be sure to check all folders (junk, spam, etc.) as the confirmation may have mistakenly been directed there.

How can I confirm that my order shipped?

Once a tracking number is created, you will receive another confirmation email with your tracking number. Again, please be sure to check all folders (junk, spam, etc.) if you do not receive this confirmation within 3-5 business days.

When will the order ship?

Typically, orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days of receiving the order. You will receive a confirmation email once the order has shipped.

When will the order arrive?

Arrival time of your package are based on two things: Our processing time (3-5 days) and transit time. The transit time will vary depending on the shipping method you selected. Transit time will begin when the order is picked up by the carrier.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping cost is $10 on orders up to $75.  Orders over $75 will receive free standard shipping.  Next day shipping cost is $30.

Shipping Methods:

Orders will be shipped using the United States Postal Service or UPS.

We ship all of our orders from Templeton, IA. We will send you a confirmation as soon as the order has shipped.

Out of stock items:

We do not have an advance notice on when our out-of-stock items will be back in inventory. Please check back daily to see if the item does come back in stock. If not, you can call the distillery at 844-505-6115 (we are available Wednesday through Saturday, 8:30 AM- 5:00 PM CST).
